Na capital\u00a0brit\u00e2nica\u00a0trabalhou\u00a0entre o Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park e\u00a0mais\u00a0tarde\u00a0com Tom Sellers,\u00a0experi\u00eancias\u00a0que\u00a0ajudaram\u00a0a\u00a0perfecionar\u00a0a\u00a0sua\u00a0t\u00e9cnica.\u00a0Ap\u00f3s\u00a0dois\u00a0anos\u00a0a\u00a0viajar\u00a0pela Am\u00e9rica Latina,\u00a0chegou\u00a0a Lisboa no final de 2018 para se\u00a0juntar\u00a0ao\u00a0irm\u00e3o\u00a0no\u00a0rec\u00e9m-inaugurado\u00a0Boubou\u2019s. Em 2022, foi a\u00a0Vencedora\u00a0da\u00a0vers\u00e3o\u00a0francesa\u00a0do\u00a0Top Chef. O\u00a0que\u00a0come\u00e7ou\u00a0como\u00a0um\u00a0apoio\u00a0tempor\u00e1rio\u00a0acabou\u00a0por\u00a0se\u00a0transformar\u00a0numa\u00a0liga\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0profunda \u00e0\u00a0cidade\u00a0e\u00a0ao\u00a0projeto.\u00a0Desde\u00a0ent\u00e3o, a\u00a0sua\u00a0abordagem\u00a0criativa,\u00a0ousada\u00a0e\u00a0contempor\u00e2nea\u00a0tem\u00a0sido\u00a0determinante\u00a0para\u00a0afirmar\u00a0o Boubou\u2019s\u00a0como\u00a0uma\u00a0refer\u00eancia\u00a0da\u00a0cena\u00a0gastron\u00f3mica\u00a0lisboeta.
