A Portugal chegou em 2014 para fazer um mestrado em Ci\u00eancias Gastron\u00f3micas. Ao mesmo tempo iniciou-se profissionalmente no Via Gra\u00e7a e, mais tarde, na Taberna Sal Grosso. Em 2020 abra\u00e7ou o projeto F\u00e1brica Musa da Cerveja Musa.
