De seguida, parte para Lisboa onde durante dois anos faz parte da equipa do Eleven. Logo depois, faz est\u00e1gios nos restaurantes Viajante, em Londres, Central, no Peru, Mugaritz, no Pa\u00eds Basco e El Celler de Can Roca, em Girona. Entre 2013 e 2019, exerce o cargo de subchefe de Leonel Pereira no restaurante S\u00e3o Gabriel, em Almancil. Em 2015, vence o concurso Chefe Cozinheiro do Ano. Entre 2020 e 2021 chefia o restaurante Check In em Faro.
